It’s important our homes are maintained to a high standard. In addition to our ongoing programme of maintenance and upgrade work, we undertake both emergency and non-repairs to your home via our contractors.

When a repair is needed, we will do our best to fix it to a high standard as quickly as possible. We will repair most items in your home, however, you will be responsible for some repairs.

Maintenance

Aside from repairs, we undertake regular maintenance and upgrading of our homes. This work is overseen by our Asset Management department and includes a regular programme of kitchen and bathroom replacements, and work like repairing gutters and painting outside woodwork. The Assets team also manage the alteration or adaptation of homes for residents with differing needs.
