Westscot Living was created in 2022 as a subsidiary of West of Scotland Housing Association, responsible for all WSHA's factoring services as well as our mid-market rent properties.

Mid Market Rent Homes

Dalmarnock Site

Westscot Living manages WSHA's mid market rent properties. We currently have plans to create Mid Market Rent homes in Dalmarnock and Dundashill in Glasgow. 

We currently expect to have a small number of vacancies for 2 bed properties at our Dalmarnock development. 

If you meet the income criteria for a 2 bed property and wish to apply you should complete our application form here: https://forms.gle/6apEFy3WTK6DDUau7

Once you have completed the form you should send the following information to customer.service@westscot.co.uk

  • proof of ID
  • proof of address
  • proof that you meet income criteria (this should cover 3 months and provide 2 seperate peices of evidence eg 3 months bank statements showing income / benefit being paid in, 3 months wage slips, benefit award notice, contract of employment)

All evidence should be clearly labelled, and should be easily readable. If it is not we will respond and ask you to resubmit and your form will not be processed. 

Factoring Services

Tenament Building

Westscot Living provides a factoring service to over 1300 commercial and private owner occupiers. This includes services including administration of common repairs and maintainence, buildings insurance and common ground maintainence.
