Factoring services from Westscot Living
Westscot Living, commercial subsidiary of West of Scotland Housing Association, provide a friendly, professional factoring service to over 1300 commercial and private owner occupiers across the west of Scotland.
If we are the factor for your property, we manage and maintain the common parts of your building, such as closes, stairwells and lifts. We are also responsible for making sure your building is properly insured and manage common repairs and maintainence to your building. The exact parts of a property we are resonsible for vary from property to property and will be detailed in your title deeds if you are an owner within one of our factored properties.
