Westscot Living offers all our owners the opportunity to have their building included on West of Scotland Housing Association Group's block insurance policy.  The premium rates payable are extremely competitive and claims are generally settled quickly and effectively.

Please note, that this offer is available to full owners only. Shared Owners have building insurance cover included within their rental payments, as detailed in their Occupancy Agreement.
