WSHA Strengthens Board with New Appointments

West of Scotland Housing Association (WSHA) has strengthened its’ Board with the appointment of two new members, Shona Gallagher and Derek McGowan who both bring a great deal of knowledge and experience to the Board and are passionate about making a difference to tenants and communities.
Ruth Simpson, Chair of WSHA Board said, “The Board is delighted to welcome Shona and Derek who both have an invaluable amount of knowledge and experience that will benefit WSHA. They have a genuine commitment to putting the needs of our tenants at the forefront of our decision making which will ensure we deliver services that meet the needs of our tenants and customers.”
WSHA’s Board is made up of 15 members which includes 8 tenant members. It shapes the strategic direction of WSHA and the mix of tenants and external specialists ensures WSHA is clear about tenant’s priorities and has the technical knowledge to deliver them.
