You will be overseeing our Repairs Team, ensuring all repairs are processed promptly and efficiently and delivering a first class service to our tenants and factored owners. As the team is the first point of contact for our customers, it is crucial you demonstrate a proactive approach to problem solving, have excellent communication skills, and liaise effectively with internal and external customers; along with being able to prioritise your own workload. Equally important is to be a strong team player with the ability to effectively supervise a small team.
