Working alongside a Housing Officer, you will be the first point of contact for general enquiries for the team covering our homes in the Glasgow / Ayrshire area. You will be providing assistance and advice to our tenants and applicants on a wide range of housing services, from tenancy applications; managing arrears; to property and playground inspections. 

You will be use to working with the public in a role providing exceptional customer service. With excellent interpersonal skills, you will be able to handle difficult conversations and situations with tact, diplomacy and with an emphasis on supporting our tenants.

You will also require exceptional organisational skills, being able to meet demanding deadlines along with good team working skills.
