As Development Manager, you will lead and take overall responsibility for the delivery of the Development Programme as well as securing partners’ support for pipeline opportunities. You will set, achieve and be accountable for team management and performance targets. You will bring a level of experience and know-how that the Association would benefit from.  You will have strong negotiation and proven leadership skills, along with astute analytical and problem solving expertise.
