How
to participate:
The involvement of tenants is vitally important to the Association’s
decision making processes. The views of tenants allow us
to decide on how best to make our homes and communities
more comfortable and safer places to live. As well as the
Management Committee, the Association has two Area Committees
in Cowlairs (Springburn) and Camlachie (Barrowfield). There
are a number of ways you can get involved with the work
of the Association, be it on a formal Committee, a Working
Group reviewing a particular subject/policy, becoming a
member of the Association or simply participating in a telephone
survey on a particular subject. If you would like to discuss
membership of the Association and how you might become involved
or if you simply wish to have your say on a particular subject,
then please contact your local office and ask to speak to
the Area Manager.
How to Comment or Complain – If you
would like to comment or complain about any aspect of the
Association or its staff, please call in or telephone any
of our offices and ask for a copy of the Comments and Complaints
Procedure or download a copy from the
downloads page.
