Welcome to the West of Scotland Housing Association

West of Scotland Housing Association was established in 1965, and owns and manages over 2,500 homes.

Our homes are provided for single people, families, sheltered/amenity homes for the elderly/disabled and a range of homes for special needs projects for particular client groups, often managed in partnership with specialist care organisations.

Generally, our houses are located in Glasgow North (Cowlairs, Springburn), Glasgow South (Pollokshields, Govan), Glasgow East (Camlachie, Easterhouse), North Lanarkshire, South Lanarkshire and Ayrshire. A more detailed list of our housing stock is available on this website. Housing Stock.
