Housing Service

Getting a House or Moving

Who can Apply for a House?
The Association operates an open access waiting list. This means that anyone aged 16 or over can apply for housing, and be assessed at any time. People living in all tenures and types of housing can apply. Application forms are available from all our offices. You can also download and Application Form.

Where Can I Move To?
Our houses are divided up into areas, and you can pick up to five areas where you would like to live. There is no limit to the number of house types you can choose, but remember that if you want to move for medical reasons only certain types of houses may be suitable to you. To find out where we have houses download our Housing List.
