This helps you to get the most out of being a tenant with the Association and summarises the rights and responsibilities of both the Association and a tenant.

Getting involved
We believe we should listen to our customers and use your views to shape the services we provide.  We do this by surveying a sample of customers that have used a service and by recording and learning from any customer complaints.  We use your feedback to identify changes, remove problems and make improvements to services.
