Description
This 32 unit development will be part of a larger site of 129 units being developed by Robertson Homes. This project is being taken forward as part of South Ayrshire Council's Affordable Housing Policy with West of Scotland HA as nominated Registered Social Landlord to take forward the social rented units.
Demolitions and ground works are complete and the Contractor has started building the first of their units. We anticipate a start on the social rented units in May 2009 with completion due approximately twelve months thereafter.
