Mauchline, Mossblown
This development started on site in February 2008 and is due for completion by the end of March 2009. It will provide 18 houses for rent to 4 and 5 person families within a larger development by Dawn Homes .

Blackbraes Meadow, East Kilbride
The Association are pleased to offer for Homestake sale 11 modern flats with stylish finishes for Homestake buyers. This development, in partnership with Persimmon homes, offers a great opportunity and fantastic deal for those wishing to take their first step on the housing market. The flats are all 2 bedroomed, with en-suite shower room to the masterbedroom and separate bathroom; some also benefit from open mezzanine living area and lovely open outlook.

 
   
Fernhill, Rutherglen
West of Scotland Housing Association are proud to be the first provider of new build housing in Fernhill for many years, kickstarting the long awaited regeneration of the area. The project is supported by The Scottish Government, South Lanarkshire Council and Scottish Enterprise and marks a new-turning point for housing in Fernhill. Since starting on-site in February of this year, the development is well underway to provide 62 new homes for those losing their homes through the regeneration. A mix of rented and Homestake properties, consisting of family homes and amenity cottage flats, the development is programmed to complete in Autumn 2009.
 
Western Edge, Hamilton/Blantyre
After successfully being selected as the provider of social rented housing at the prestigious West Craigs development, West of Scotland H.A. Ltd’s 68 unit project is now almost complete. 48 homes, a mix of 2 and 3 bedroomed houses and 1 & 2 bedroomed cottage flats for the elderly have been built, along with 14 2 & 3 bedroomed houses for sale through the Homestake low cost equity scheme. The development is due to complete in early June 2008.
 
Bakery Site, Ayr
This development is part of an overall project in partnership with Robertson Homes in line with South Ayrshire Council’s Affordable Homes Policy.There is 32 units within the Association’s area including 6 for Homestake. The developer has already started on site with demolitions and groundworks and will commence the Association’s units around autumn 2008. It is hoped they will be complete by summer 2009.

Old Stamping Works, 34 Somerset Road, Ayr
This development is part of an overall project in partnership with Dawn Homes in line with South Ayrshire Council’s Affordable Housing Policy.The development is still at the planning stage but aims to provide a total of 20 flats for rent. The developer hopes to start work on the Association’s units early in 2009.
