Right to Buy

Only a very small number of our tenants have the right to buy their homes at a discounted price.   This is because the Association has charitable status. 

Those tenants that have the right were part of a stock transfer from another Association and they retained their Right to Buy.   However, those tenants lose this right if they subsequently voluntarily transfer to another house.
