Planned Work

As well doing repairs that tenants report to us, we do regular maintenance work to maintain your homes in good condition. This covers work like repairing gutters and painting outside woodwork.  We know this work needs done on a regular basis and it is a lot cheaper to do it as a contract. 

We also carry out major repairs and improvements.  This includes renewing heating systems to ensure all our houses meet current standards.  We call this our Major Repairs Programme.
