Energy Performance Certificates

All properties which are rented after 4th January 2009 must have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). The certificate must be attached to the property, usually beside the electric meter or in a cupboard. The certificate details the energy and the carbon performance of the property, with A being the most efficient to G being the most inefficient.
