Like almost every other Housing Association in Scotland, we use a points system to decide who gets a house.  Points are awarded for a range of circumstances to applicants in housing need e.g. overcrowding, medical condition etc.  Points are not awarded for how long applicants have waited on the list or how long someone has been a tenant of the Association.

It is important that you understand our policy for awarding points before you fill out an application form.

One of the things you will be asked is where you want to apply for a house.  Your chances of getting a house in an area will be affected by how often houses become available to let in that area and the number of applicants for a house in that area.  As a reference we have provided a guide to the number of houses and lets made within an area during a year.  View the Guide
